Lund & Guttry Merges with Osborne Rincon to Form Region’s Most Experienced CPA Firm

Two longtime Coachella Valley CPA firms have merged, creating a new powerhouse that establishes the region’s largest and most experienced CPA firm. The merger brings together Lund & Guttry and Osborne Rincon to provide full-service accounting and financial services from income tax preparation and tax planning to financial reporting, fraud analysis, bookkeeping services, estate planning and business valuations.

Lund & Guttry was founded in 1953, holding the distinction of being the desert’s first CPA firm. After a half century in business, the firm joins forces with Osborne Rincon – which has been the leading CPA firm in the region after rebranding from Peterson, Slater & Osborne to Osborne Rincon in 2011.

Osborne Rincon’s key leadership team for the past decade – Lee Osborne, Pedro Rincon and Bruce Legawiec – are pleased to welcome Lund & Guttry partners, Keith Lyrla, Mary K. Brock, Marie Snyder and their team.

Osborne Rincon purchased a building in La Quinta a little over a decade ago that would allow the firm to grow over time. “It was always our intention to expand, and we wanted to allow for that,” added Osborne. “We moved into part of the building initially, and leased out the space we weren’t occupying for the next 5 years.”
