Accounting Intern/Entry Level

Works under a Senior Accountant on tasks such as:

  • Payables, payroll, general ledger and financial statements

  • Client bookkeeping

  • Tax return preparation

  • Detail work of financial and compliance audits

This job requires an Accounting degree or equivalent experience.

 

Staff Accountant II – Intermediate Level Position

Works under the direction of a Manager and/or Senior Accountant on tasks such as:

  • Preliminary cost analyses and report preparation

  • Client bookkeeping and tax preparation

  • Maintaining a client support role with direct correspondence and interactions

  • Conducting compliance/financial audits and tests of internal controls

This job requires an Accounting degree or equivalent completed, 1 – 5 years of experience and at least one professional designation or license.

 

Tax Manager – Manager I

Works in a supervisory role completing tasks such as:

  • Ensuring achievement of all client objectives and project budgets while maintaining compliance

  • Directing staff responsible for determining a client’s liability to various taxing authorities

  • Studying laws and regulations to ensure correct application of new tax measures

  • Preparing federal, state, local and special tax returns

  • Conducting technical review of staff prepared income, payroll and sales tax returns

This job requires an Accounting degree or equivalent completed, 5+ years of experience and a CPA license (G designation only required).
